How to Order a Portrait

How long will it take-

I endeavour to send them out as quickly as possible
(within a week) but the time frame does depend on
previous work committments

1.Send an email to lintin@stitchedportraits.com with details of which type of portrait and the size of the portrait you wish to order.
2. Send me, via email 3-5 digital photos min. resolution of 300dpi.
3. The photo needs to be head and shoulder and taken in good light. Please do not wear white or very dark colours.
4. A 50% deposit (non-refundable) will be required. If you are a New Zealand resident you may pay by direct credit.
5. When I have received your digital photos and after I have checked that they are suitable I will send you an email requesting the payment of the deposit. There will be a PayPal button in your email which will take you to the PayPal site where you will have secure online payment.
6. Before I stitch your portrait I will email you a jpg. image of your portrait for (perhaps any further adjustment) and your approval.
7. Another email will be sent for final payment. Your portrait will be shipped flat when final payment is received.
8. I also offer the service to box frame your portrait. For shipping the box portrait is covered top and bottom with light plywood to ensure safe delivery.
