About Me

I live in New Zealand in a beautiful area called Tauranga which overlooks the Bay of Plenty where everything grows in abundance.

I live on a lifestyle block overlooking the Bay with my husband Howard. His 200 odd sheep and 20 dry stock keep him "out of mischief", leaving me time to do my "own thing".

What is my "own thing". The years have seen me being involved in dressmaking, crocheting, machine knitting and more recently picture framing, machine embroidery and digitizing.

I work on a Tajima with a sewing field of 500mmx350mm which is an embroiderers dream. For approximately the last 6 years I have been doing stitched portraits from photos.This has given me a "buzz", seeing the pleasure as the stitched portrait is revealed for the first time.

I look forward to doing a stitched portrait for you, whether it be a loved one, your home or pet.
